LINC is a type A+B Social Cooperative, founded in the 2000s on the island of Elba. At the heart of its activity has always been the creation of job opportunities, through the management of services in which to create job placement paths and promote social inclusion. Over the years, it has expanded its activities through European planning and the management of educational services, broadening its areas of intervention to youth animation, the promotion of culture, interventions with schools and training.

With each action we cultivate fertile ground for individual and collective empowerment.
