DATA TRANSFER

For the provision of services, Linc scs relies on platforms such as Flazio.com, Google Workspace, for which the data can be transferred to non-EU countries that store the data in compliance with European privacy legislation (GDPR).

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months from the release of informed consent by the user.

The data will be processed and stored only in order to adequately respond to the request made by the user.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
